"From the first text, Logan made it a priority to meet me where I’m at and offered the option to have a call meeting which was the best option for my schedule. He kept the conversation moving and we chatted about the best pizza in town, the Ponderosa Stomp from Ozone. He explained the details of the auto insurance in a way easily understood and also in a way I can see importance and the WHY of each addition to the insurance rate. We ended the call with a clear purpose and next steps as well as a good laugh and a sudden appetite for pizza (note: don’t make the call meeting before lunch 😂). Overall I felt I got the best experience with State Farm and in particular with John Shaffer’s team through Logan. Shoutout to the WHOLE team for always taking care of me."

"I had an amazing experience working with Raini at State Farm. She made switching over my insurance incredibly easy and stress-free, explained everything clearly, and took the time to find me the best possible coverage. On top of that, she saved me $160 a month, which honestly blew my mind. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and not just rushing through a sale. She’s professional, knowledgeable, patient, and just all around great to work with. "No quote, no follow-up, and too busy. I am an existing State Farm customer in Colorado and was looking for a home ins quote on a potential buy in Pensacola. I contacted this agent for a home insurance quote. They informed me that they would provide the quote within an hour. I didn't receive it so I called later that afternoon to make sure they had my correct email address. I spoke to another rep and they confirmed that the email was correct. They told me they would send the quote the next morning. I didn't receive any information that next day or the following day, nor did they contact me to inform me of any delay. I called a third time and the reps were too busy to take the call, prepare the quote or let me know why there was a delay."

"Joelle, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I’m truly sorry for the lack of follow-up and communication you experienced — that’s not the level of service we aim to provide. In your situation, there were eligibility factors involved, and it’s clear we did not communicate that promptly or clearly enough. That’s on us. Even when we can’t move forward with a quote, you deserve timely updates and transparency. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, as it helps us improve our internal processes and communication going forward. If you’d like to discuss this further, I’m happy to do so offline."
