"No quote, no follow-up, and too busy. I am an existing State Farm customer in Colorado and was looking for a home ins quote on a potential buy in Pensacola. I contacted this agent for a home insurance quote. They informed me that they would provide the quote within an hour. I didn't receive it so I called later that afternoon to make sure they had my correct email address. I spoke to another rep and they confirmed that the email was correct. They told me they would send the quote the next morning. I didn't receive any information that next day or the following day, nor did they contact me to inform me of any delay. I called a third time and the reps were too busy to take the call, prepare the quote or let me know why there was a delay."
